Stacy Kastner grew up in New York, and has been teaching privately in southwest Florida for over 10 years. Her students have won prizes in both the Steinway Piano Competition and the Naples Music Club scholarship competition. Mrs. Kastner's students have also earned places in the Collier County Band and the Naples Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. In 2007, she was featured on WGCU's Gulf Coast Live.
Mrs. Kastner graduated from the prestigious Juilliard School's pre-college division, and went on to earn her Bachelor's degree in both Music Education and Performance from the Eastman School of Music. She has also attended the Aspen Music Festival and the Interlochen Arts Camp. Mrs. Kastner earned a provisional New York State certification to teach music. You can find her performing locally with the Naples Philharmonic, OperaNaples, ArtsNaples, and the Southwest Florida Symphony.
Robert Kastner has also been teaching privately for over 10 years. His students have received top honors at music festivals, and have gone on to major in music through college. His students have also earned places in the Collier County Band and the Naples Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, as well as winning the Philharmonic Youth Orchestra's concerto competition and the Naples Music Club scholarship competition. Mr. Kastner earned his Bachelor's degree in Music Performance at the Eastman School of Music, during which time he substituted regularly with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. He also earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Rochester. Mr. Kastner has been featured at clinics throughout the Collier County public schools, and has also worked with the DCI member drum & bugle corps Phantom Regiment as a brass instructor. You can find him performing locally with the Naples Philharmonic, OperaNaples, ArtsNaples, and the Southwest Florida Symphony.
Bob and Stacy have been living in southwest Florida for over 10 years, and have been married for 5 years. They enjoy spending time with their five year old dog Mocha, two year old daughter Rachel, and their newest family member, Amber, born in June of 2011. Bob's hobbies include chess and darts, and Stacy enjoys jigsaw puzzles and a nice cup of tea.
